Exchange + Return Policy

If any thainpet.com website purchase fails to meet your expectations, simply return your merchandise to us in its original and unused condition within 3 weeks of receipt for a full merchandise exchange or store credit.

*All exchanges for international orders will be charged an international shipping fee based on the items exchanged.

Please note: We do not issue refunds for returned merchandise and cannot honor exchanges for any merchandise that is sent back to us after 3 weeks, has been used, or is not in its original new condition. All toys, sale, personalized, custom, special occasion + formal wear and perishable items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned. We allow one complimentary exchange per item. After one exchange, each exchange will incur a re-stocking and shipping & handling fee of $10.
